09/26/2018 by btfadmin

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The 2019 Summit on National & Global Cancer Health Disparities will feature two debates moderated by the esteemed television and radio host, Larry King. The debates will cover the topics “Improving Access to Care: #singlepayer versus #multipayer healthcare” and “Reform in #FDA drug approval process: Is it desirable?”. Other notable participants in these debates include Dr. Kenneth Anderson from Harvard School of Medicine and Dr. Gary Kaplan, the CEO of Virginia Mason.  The purpose of these debates is to facilitate change nationally and globally by initiating constructive conversations about current efforts and challenges in reducing cancer health disparities. The Binaytara Foundation invites anyone interested in attending SCHD19 to join the movement by registering here.
