Why Donate?

The Binaytara Foundation invites you to leave a lasting legacy by donating to support the development of a 200-bed state-of-the-art cancer hospital in Nepal’s province 2.

Your donation will help us bring the much needed cancer care to nearly 15 million people of Southeast Nepal and the neighboring state of Bihar in India. We have already started the work by establishing a 25-bed cancer hospital, the Binaytara Foundation Cancer Center (BTFCC), in Janakpurdham, the capital of Nepal’s Province 2.

The BTFCC has brought cancer care close to home for cancer patients who used to travel 8-hours by bus to the nearest cancer center until the BTFCC was established in 2018. But there is more work that needs to be done to help this densely populated region with dire need for high-quality cancer care.

Our goal is to establish a 200-bed comprehensive cancer center that will serve as a center for excellence and provide compassionate cancer care, cancer research, and cancer education – not just for the people of Southeast Nepal, but for the entire  region of South Asia where the burden of cancer is surging but the infrastructure to provide cancer care, conduct cancer research, and train future cancer specialists is severely limited.

We invite you to be part of this historically significant endeavor and stamp your legacy. Various donor recognition options and naming rights are available. See our projects below. Click here for Naming Rights options.
